Founder and Principal
Jason E. Zimmerman has 25 years of investment and financing experience across real estate, private equity, and venture capital. Zimmerman is the Founding Partner of Bridgehampton Equities a leader in matching investors with opportunities in New York real-estate and private equity.
Grant Johnson is Managing Director and a licensed investment banker with RHK Capital. Mr. Johnson is also a Board Member of NYC Office Suites, a leading provider of executive suites and office services in New York City. In addition, Mr. Johnson is the founding partner of Benevolent Capital, a diversified investment company with interests in private equity, venture capital, professional sports, and real estate.
Before founding Benevolent Capital, Mr. Johnson was a Vice President at Montgomery Securities, a San Francisco Investment Bank with a focus on high growth companies and initial public offerings.
Ashley John Heather
Consumer & Digital Investments
Ashley John Heather was an entrepreneur from a young age. His first business was as a teenager, designing computer games on the Acorn Archimedes in the late eighties.
After a decade of corporate jobs in London ranging from Ford Motor Credit to management consulting with firms including Lloyds, TSB, Shell, and AMEX.
Now a native of NY with his wife and three children, he has a number of successful business ventures behind him. The common thread behind his work is the 4C's including how consumers' multi-channel digital behavior is transforming our business landscape. From entertainment to retail, technology to healthcare, he is at the leading edge of digital innovation and implementation.
Jack Brewer is CEO of The Brewer Group, a diversified global advisory firm. He is a former NFL player, received a master's degree in sports management from the University of Minnesota, and completed executive business programs at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School of Business. He is the senior advisor to President Joyce Banda of Malawi and founder of The Jack Brewer Foundation. He is an expert in sports finance and global economic development, and a regular CNBC contributor.
Kelly-Ann Bohn, Assistant to Jason Zimmerman, has 20 plus years of experience in operations and marketing. Her career has included working on blockbuster movies and television shows, to editing and publishing newspapers, for Northwell Health System. More recently, Bohn has been writing business plans, investor decks, RFP's and financial projections for a variety of start-up companies. A proven marketer who has both financial concepts expertise and creative experience.
Daniel S. Dornfeld is a partner at Forchelli Deegan and Terrana in the Real Estate, IDA Benefits, and Government Incentives practice groups. Dornfeld has 25 years of experience across all aspects of commercial real estate and development and related litigation. Dornfeld represents some of the largest and most respected real estate owners, contractors, and developers in New York.
Prior to joining the Firm, he was a co-founding member of Dornfeld and Nasis, LLP. In addition, Mr. Dornfeld worked at a large publicly traded real estate company where he ran the department responsible for collections, tenant litigation, billing, and lease administration.

Bridgehampton Butch "Butchie", a former CEO of Dog Town funding, and the elite French Bulldog investing, has fifteen plus (dog) years experience matching investors with opportunity. Butchie is a pure bred when it comes to problem solving and numbers. However, the real focus is one of building client relationships (and eating).
