Jason has 25 years of investment and financing experience across real estate, private equity, and venture capital. He is the Founding Partner of Bridgehampton Equities. A leader in matching investors with opportunities in New York real estate and private equity opportunities.

Ellie began her career at Goldman Sachs on the Equity Derivatives Trading floor. She was then recruited for a position with the Chairman and Executive Committee at Schonfeld Securities. After 9/11, Ellie decided to move to the Hamptons where she utilized her skillset in real estate development and joined Michael Davis Construction, one of the most highly regarded builders in the ultra-exclusive Hamptons property market, where she oversaw HR and operations. Wall Street to real estate has been a natural fit for Ellie, and she became a licensed real estate agent with Compass. Feeding both her corporate skill set and entrepreneurial spirit, she joins Bridgehampton Equities bringing a wealth of knowledge as a former business owner and deal-oriented real estate agent.

Melissa Martin is the brand strategist for Bridgehampton Equities and its affiliate companies. She is a marketing specialist with over seventeen years of experience and has led her own marketing company for over thirteen years, focusing on building digital success for clients. Melissa has worked with various industries, from non-profits to tourism and e-commerce on Long Island and spanning worldwide. Her passion for writing and creative direction has helped grow her marketing career in content creation and branding.

Jack Brewer is CEO of The Brewer Group, a diversified global advisory firm. He is a former NFL player, received a master's degree in sports management from the University of Minnesota, and completed executive business programs at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School of Business. He is the senior advisor to President Joyce Banda of Malawi and the founder of The Jack Brewer Foundation. He is an expert in sports finance and global economic development, and a regular CNBC contributor.

Daniel S. Dornfeld is a partner at Forchelli Deegan and Terrana in the Real Estate, IDA Benefits, and Government Incentives practice groups. Dornfeld has 25 years of experience across all aspects of commercial real estate and development and related litigation. Dornfeld represents some of the largest and most respected real estate owners, contractors, and developers in New York. 

Rowena T. Posillico earned her master’s degree in real estate from NYU.  She has over 15 years of experience as a real estate paralegal in small and large law firms in New York City and in the Hamptons.   She had closed multi-million-dollar deals as a Closing Manager in the Commercial Mortgage Conduit division at Merrill Lynch on Wall Street.  Her work experience in residential and commercial real estate varies in areas of legal, title, brokerage, appraisal, tax certiorari, construction, and development. She is a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker and Notary Public.  

Rebecca Cabrera is an East End native with over six years of experience in social media marketing and luxury content creation. She partners closely with local brands and businesses to expand their reach, elevate their digital presence, and drive meaningful growth. Drawing on her background in real estate, marketing, and creative production, Rebecca brings a unique perspective that blends strategy with storytelling. She is passionate about helping businesses stand out through innovative campaigns and high-quality content that reflects the distinctive lifestyle of the Hamptons.

Frank was born and raised on the East End and is a recent graduate of Cornell University's Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, where he earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Real Estate, reflecting both his strong interest in the industry and his roots in the local market. Frank brings a strong foundation in analytical thinking and financial operations through hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and business management roles across multiple sectors, combined with proven leadership in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.

Lindsay Boyle is a driven Echols Scholar student at the University of Virginia where she is on the Bachelor of Science in Commerce track through the McIntire school with an intended concentration in real estate. She brings a foundation in analysis and research through experience in academic business-oriented extracurriculars, environmental science, and nonprofit operations. Originally from New York City and East Hampton, she is driven by a long-term interest in real estate and investing. 

Grant Owen is a driven student at Wofford College, where he is pursuing a double major in Finance and Sociology & Anthropology. His academic background reflects his strong interest in financial analysis, investment strategy, and business operations. Grant has gained professional experience in business management and nonprofit finance, contributing through research, donor outreach, and operational support. Growing up around residential construction and landscaping projects on the East End of Long Island has also shaped his interest in real estate, property improvement, and development.

Jason Zimmerman is a high-achieving student at SUNY Cortland, where he is pursuing a degree in Business Economics with a concentration in Financial Management. With a strong interest in legal studies, Jason is also minoring in Law & Justice, as he aspires to attend law school upon graduation.
